At Nuclavis, we want every participant to have the best possible app experience. If a donation isn’t appearing in the mobile app, our team is here to help.
Follow these three quick steps to determine what to do next:

Check with your fundraising organization.
Contact the organization you’re registered with to confirm that your donation was received and recorded correctly. -
Compare the mobile app with the online fundraising dashboard.
If the organization confirms the donation but it still doesn’t show in the mobile app, while it appears on the web, move on to the next step. -
Contact Nuclavis Support.
If the issue persists, reach out to the Nuclavis Support Team for further assistance.
