FAQ about Donations 

If any of the following situations apply, please know we cannot make any changes. We recommend that you contact the organization for which you are fundraising. If you need assistance with their contact information, please let us know so we can provide it.

• Someone donated to me, but I don’t see it on my page.
• I need to have a donation transferred to a different person.
• Someone donated to the event page versus me.
• I made a self-donation, but it is not showing up as a self-donor.
• I have donations on a Facebook Fundraiser that are not showing up on my fundraising page.
