Understanding In-App Donation Types

DONATIONS OVERVIEW 

The donation options available in the mobile app depend on the specific settings chosen by each client. Because every organization has different preferences and permissions, the types of donations allowed can vary.

All clients will have a link under the “Donations” tab in the app. This button directs participants to their online donation form. Additional options such as recording cash donations or check deposits may be available if the organization has chosen to enable them. Please keep in mind that most checks can be deposited at any time until they “expire,” usually after 6 months. 

At this time, we do not support certain deposit types, including cashier’s checks, money orders and similar transaction methods.
