HOW TO LOG IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT?
Logging in depends on the organization and event you are registering for.
The mobile app has three login options depending on your organization, here's a quick guide to help you identify which login option is right for you.
1. Username and Password
If you were prompted to create a username and password during registration, you will need to use this information to log in to your account. Follow these simple steps to access your account and get started:

- Open the mobile app
- Enter your Username
- Enter your Password
- Click on 'Login' button
Note: These will be the same credentials used to sign into your participation center.
If your Username and Password are correct, you will be successfully logged in and taken to your overview page.
2. Email and Password
If you were asked for your email and password when you registered, you will need to use this information to log in to your account. Follow these simple steps to access your account and get started:

- Open the mobile app
- Enter your Email
- Enter your Password
- Click on 'Login' button
Note: These will be the same credentials used to sign into your participation center.
If your Email and Password are correct, you will be successfully logged in and taken to your overview page.
3. Email and Login Code
If you are asked for your email address on the login page, you will need to enter your email address used at the time of registration. Follow these simple steps to get started:

- Open the mobile app
- Enter your Email
- Click on 'Get Login Code' button
- Check your Email
- Look for the message with your login code
- Copy the Code
- Enter the Code in the mobile app
If your Email and Login Code are correct, you will be successfully logged in and taken to your overview page.
Note: If you haven't received your code, please check your inbox or spam folder. If it's not there, ensure you've entered the correct email address you used during registration. If you continue to experience issues and the information is correct, please contact support for assistance.
