Some organizations choose to set a maximum amount for mobile check deposits. If you enter a check amount that is higher than the allowed limit, you’ll see this message: “This check amount exceeds our mobile deposit approved limit.”
If this happens, the deposit can’t be submitted through the app, and you’ll need to use another method such as depositing the check in person or through another available channel.
