FAQ EMAILS

 

 

 

If you would like to send emails to your donors via the mobile app and you are experiencing issues with sending emails, please review the information below to ensure all necessary steps have been completed.

 

  • If the email envelope icon within the app is unresponsive when attempting to share a fundraising email or contact your donors, it is likely because your device's native email account is not properly configured.
  • First verify that you have signed in to your native email on your mobile device. 
    • On iOS: Navigate to Settings > Apps > Mail. Under 'Mail Accounts,' ensure that your desired email account is properly configured. If it is not, you can select 'Add Account' within the same section to set it up.
    • On Android: No matter which email platform you use, as long as you are signed in to your preferred account and have the corresponding app installed on your mobile device, you will be able to send emails through our mobile app.
  • Once your email is set up on your mobile device, you’re all set to start reaching out to your donors and potential supporters!
  • Quick note: the email account you’ve set up on your mobile device will appear in the 'From' field when you compose a new email.
